It's been a while since our last edition of "The Solutioneers Blog," and I want to extend a warm welcome to our new subscribers who have joined us through The Leaders' Library. For those who are new, you might be wondering about the connection between Solutioneers and The Leaders' Library. Let me explain. Solutioneers is my consulting business dedicated to empowering small business owners, managers and leaders, and private practice owners with the tools and strategies they need to succeed. The Leaders' Library is a community platform we host, where we engage in valuable read-alongs and discussions. Recently, we've been diving deep into "The E Myth Revisited" by Michael Gerber in The Leaders' Library. The insights from this book have been incredibly impactful, providing practical guidance on how to build a successful, sustainable business. I felt these lessons were too valuable not to share with you, our Solutioneers Blog readers. Over the next few weeks, we'll be unpacking the key concepts from the book right here in the blog. Stay tuned for insights that could transform the way you approach your business! In our sessions, participants found that they were predominantly spending time wearing the hard-hat of the Technician and many expressed the need to step back and focus more on managerial and entrepreneurial activities. But how? Action Steps:
Balancing these roles isn't easy, but it's essential for building a business that thrives. Till next time... Anne Gray PS. When you are ready, here are a few ways we can work together:
